SALAM is a project implemented by Manzul Association in partnership with the Bright Future Syria organization.

Through this initiative, 16 male and female teachers were trained on peace education and child mental health. Following the training, the teachers conducted sessions for 207 youth on both topics over a period of 6 months, across two schools in Northwestern Syria.

The project also included awareness-raising sessions for parents focusing on mental health and peace education. Furthermore, the teachers received TOT (Training of Trainers) training, which will enable them to transfer this knowledge to other educators in the future.

The closing ceremony of the #SALAM project took place on July 23, 2023, with the participation of the staff from both organizations, the teachers, and the administrative team.
