Ahmad is a 13-year-old boy living in Syria who has been deaf since birth. He previously underwent a cochlear implant surgery that successfully reconnected him with the world. However, Ahmad’s hearing device has broken down, and with it, his ability to communicate with his surroundings has completely stopped.

His family is unable to afford a replacement. While a portion of the amount has already been raised, it is still not enough—the cost of the device reaches up to €1,500.
