"Salam" is a project undertaken by the Manzoul in collaboration with the Bright Future of Syria Organization. As part of this initiative, 16 male and female educators received training in the areas of peace education and child mental health.
Following their training, these teachers conducted sessions for 207 adolescents, spanning a six-month period, in two schools located in northwestern Syria. The project also encompassed informative gatherings for families to raise awareness regarding mental health and peace education.
Furthermore, the teachers underwent Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions, equipping them to pass on this valuable knowledge to other educators in the future.
The closing event for the #SALAM project occurred on July 23, 2023, and was attended by the teams of both organizations, teachers, and administrative staff, showcasing the project's commitment to sustainable development.
